Austin AFP August Meeting

Topic:  The Art of Mentoring

Unlock the transformative power of mentoring with The Art of Mentoring, an engaging and interactive workshop led by Audrey Selden, JD. Designed for professionals across all levels, this session explores how mentoring shapes leadership, fosters meaningful relationships, and enhances professional growth.

Through a blend of insightful frameworks, practical tips, and real-world examples—including speed networking, triad coaching, and reverse mentoring—you’ll learn how to:

  • Build trust and communicate effectively in mentoring relationships
  • Apply the Michelangelo Phenomenon to draw out the best in others
  • Become a more active listener, storyteller, and leader
  • Identify what mentees and mentors truly need from each other
  • Take action to expand your mentoring impact right away

Whether you're new to mentoring or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a supportive space to reflect, connect, and grow.
