Program: "Diem, Stablecoin and CBDC's: A New Financial Paradigm?
Join Ric Shreves for a look at how stablecoins, from the Diem project to central bank digital currencies (DBDC's) are poised to disrupt traditional financial models.  We will engage in a non-technical exploration of the underlying concepts and mechanisms and how those translate into new types of financial instruments and new governance structures.  We will also look at how the shift to digital is likely to impact financial inclusion and equity.
